By submitting this form, you agree that this constitutes an official acceptance of our offer as of which time the contract takes effect. Cancellation notice must be received at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the first day of training and will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the training price. After this time, any cancellation will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the training price. Distech Controls reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class without penalty for any reason deemed valid by Distech Controls. In the event of a class cancellation, Distech Controls will reschedule the customer to another date of training.
